Product Authenticity and Customer Trust

We take pride in the quality and accuracy of our products. What you see is exactly what you get — we assure that every item is delivered exactly as shown and described on our website and social media.

We currently maintain a return rate of less than 2 percent, reflecting our high customer satisfaction and strict quality control.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

  1. 360° Parcel Opening Video Requirement
    To be eligible for any return or exchange, customers must record and submit a clear, unedited 360-degree video of the parcel being opened.
    The video must begin before opening the package, clearly show all sides of the parcel, and capture the full unboxing process with no pauses, cuts, or edits.
  2. Defective or Incorrect Items
    If the item is found to be defective, damaged, or not as ordered, and this is clearly shown in the video, you will receive a full refund or a free exchange with no additional cost.
  3. Video Submission Instructions
    For any exchange or return request, please email the full 360-degree unboxing video to info.nazaakatclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    Claims without the required video will not be accepted.
  4.  No Cancellations
    Once an order is placed on our website, it is processed immediately to ensure timely delivery. As such, we do not accept any order cancellations under any circumstances.Please make sure to review your cart and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
  5. No Refunds Unless the Product is Defective 
    We do not offer refunds for any reason other than product defects. We do not accept refunds for:
    1. Change of mind
    2. Wrong size ordered
    3. Delay caused by shipping partners
    4. Any non-defective issues
  7. Non-Compliance
    Requests made without a proper video or after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
